The slitting line, designed for slitting of narrow and thin coils in soft conditions, ensures:

* No sticky windings and no staining;

* Less manipulation after slitting, less risk for damage and contamination;

* Uniform tension throughout the whole cil via most accurate control systems;

*Consistent slit edge quality due to accurate tooling: very low burr and edge deformation results in stable behavior during the process.

Beside increased global performances, an all-aluminum brazed heat exchanger using MPE will also present better corrosion resistance. MPEs are primarily used for the following applications:
Condensers
Evaporators
Oil coolers
Radiators
Heater cores
